[BKM] HOWARD - Bucks & Herts connections

I am interested to hear from anyone who has information on
HOWARD - Bucks & Herts connections.
Â
My own research is stuck in the early 1800's, with Joseph Howard.
He was born in this period and married Sophia Hall in 1833, in Hemel Hempstead, Herts.
In 1837, he was transported to Australia as a criminal.
Â
I have details of his children and of his wife after his departure.
I also have his Certificates of Freedom and Leave & Death Certificate from Aus'.
Â
What I seek is any information leading to his parents, as this seems difficult to find.
Â
I believe he may have links to surrounding areas, anything a possibility.
Hawridge, Bucks, has thrown a few embers into the fire, hence this message.

Any ideas will be of interest.
Â
Ron.
Â
Â

Ron Howard

Thanks Wendy,

I am actually trying to contact John because we have corresponded in the
past and I have some updated news. Unfortunately due to a recent motherboard and
hard drive failure I have lost all my email links so need to try to regain
contact. I looked in the archives of this and the Beds group and there are
numerous email addys for him but none seem to be current. I will take a look at
the link that you gave right now.

Regards,
Chris.
