HI Brad!
Thanks so much for the update. I had corresponded with Jim on numerous
occasions and bought one of his "books" on the Clanin family. I had wondered
what had happened to him. I'm sorry for your loss.

My grandfather is Clifford C. Clanin b may 12, 1912,(George and Mary Clanin,
William and Charlotte Clannin, Reuben and Mary Clannin, Samuel and Hannah
Clannin, Benjamin and Mary Clannin) he is still living and has full mental
and most physical faculties intact. He'll be 96 this year. He helps from
time to time with a lot of Indiana and Illinois family stories.

Have a nice day.
sherrie ;-)
-----Original Message-----
From: clanin-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:clanin-bounces@rootsweb.com] On
Behalf Of gc-gateway@rootsweb.com
Sent: Saturday, March 22, 2008 4:56 AM
To: clanin-l@rootsweb.com
Subject: [CLANIN] Hello Cousins --- obit update

This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list.

Author: BradClanin
Surnames: Clanin
Classification: queries

Message Board URL:

http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.clanin/48/mb.ashx

Message Board Post:

First of all I wanted to say hello. I recently discovered that my late father James S McCulloch was born James S Clanin to mother Beulah in Iowa in 1926. I had no idea that Beulah had remarried to a McCulloch who adopted my father and gave him the surname McCulloch. If anyone knows of this family I would love to learn more.

Thanks very much!

Jim
jimcculloch@yahoo.com

Important Note:
The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
