In looking at census records - there is the following -
1870 - WV - Ritchie Co - Harrisville - 17 August -
Mahany, John, 36, b. Pa - Engineer
Mahany, Jane, 30 - b. Va
Reed, Margaret - 14, b. Va
Reed, Joseph - 9 - b. Va

Looks like this is your Jane and her two surviving children, seems to have
married John Mahany. In the 1860 census Jane and Levi were living in Pleasants
Co - and in the 1850 census, Levi was living in Tyler Co with his parents and
siblings.
You should probably check Pleasants Co records for a marriage between Jane
Reed and John Mahany. Or the Ritchie Co records.
Maybe Levi died in the Civil War - might want to check out those records
also.

Also Jane's maiden name was either Baker or Barker and Jane m. Levi 7 June
1855 Tyler co. Margaret was b. 30 April 1856 in Pleasants Co., McKim Fork.
This info comes from family trees on Ancestry.com

Hope this helps you.
To the DAR member in WY:

Neither James Morrow now James Fowler would be the Revolutionary War Soldier
in my family line.

The patriot is Ralph Morrow, for whom I have the National Archives papers of
his Virginia service. He served twice in the War. I just do not seem to be
able to find the proof in the legal documents that James is his child. The
family says so.........but I need proof!
