To Whom It May Concern:

My Grandad Harless Franklin Terry Great Great Grandson of Benjamin Franklin Terry Col of the 8th cavalr Terry Texas Rangers died in Van Health Care Nursing Center where they murdered him or snuffed him as you can say. Just came back from a family reunion in Alba, Texas last year and find out all kind of awful treatments of torture they had been doing to him one was they had him on an illegal hospice and had surgical socks on his legs to hobble him so he could not escape and many other very disturbing factors that lead to his death. It shall be taken up in a court of law because my family and I might have an autopsy on him to find out the cause of death. He died on August 29, 2006 and I had called out a EMS driver to take him to the hospital and someone from my family stepped in the way named Heide Moore and let him continue choking until death. She is also in Van, Texas right now spending his death life insurance money like candy everywhere. She thinks she got away with m!
urder but she did not.
