For a minute there I got excited over the enquiry about a Sarah Abercrombie but since she was born in 1849 and mine was born in 1795 I don't think I have a match. My Sarah married William " Panther Bill" Burleson , sometimes spelled Burlison, in Jefferson Co., Alabama on Oct. 5, 1818. They had 12 children, 9 who reached maturity. They eventually moved to Grayson Co., Texas where she passed away Sept. 5, 1861.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has info about her parents and siblings since I am stuck right now. Thanks in advance.
