Hi Marion,
I have long been interested in "Old Balquhain" and searching for a
fermtown called Wyndis that existed in the 1400 and 1500's. Do you hve any
knowledge of this? Are there any old maps that go back that far?
My limited knowledge is that it is right on the border of Chapel of Garioch
and Inverurie.
