"On the off chance", could you give me any clues at all regarding my ggg
grandmother, Sara West Simpson, who married Major John Grant of Beldorney
Castle, Glass, Aberdeenshire. She died 27 Jan 1861 aged 60.

This Grant family seem to have links with the Simpsons of Cobairdy, so it is
just possible that she came from that family.

Any help much appreciated.
