Hello, Listers,
Today at my local family history center I found an ALEXANDER SEBASTIAN HAY,
christened in Kennethmont in 1818. Since my Alexander has the middle initial
of S. I'm hoping that this man is part of my family line. However, 1818 would
make mine much too young, as the info I have has him born circa 1805. Two
questions - would a person be christened at age thirteen, and how far away is
Kennethmont from Huntly?
