He is listed with the Commonwealth Graves Commission
(http://www.cwgc.org/cwgcinternet/casualty_details.aspx?casualty=2799726). The date of death is
listed as 9-7-44 instead of 7-9-44 unless they are using DDMMYY instead of MMDDYY.
Also, he is listed as being married to an Edith McKENZIE, of Preesall,
Lancashire. It is possible that this is another Dennis McKENZIE but I think it
would highly improbable that two 30 year old merchant seamen were serving on the
same ship with a wife with the same name. Then again, it may be that this
record is not quite right.
