Is anyone currently researching either of these surnames?
I am particularly interested in William Hastings Allan and Agnes Milne
Marnoch. They were my husband's grandparents. They migrated to Brisbane
about 1910 -1912. They were married approx 1900 in Aberdeen and were
born about 1877 (we think one in January and one in August). They had
three children Arthur Aiken (born approx 1902), Nellie Smith (born
approx 1904) and William Hastings (born approx 1906) when they arrived
in Australia. Another son Douglas was born in 1917 in Brisbane.
Apparently William's brother Ben (possibly Benjamin) also migrated but
we have no other details.
