Hello, I'm sorry if this has already been answered.

Go to the LDS site (familysearch.org).

Click on "Order/Download Programmes"

Click on "Software and Databases"

Click on "Censuses"

Click on the 1881 British Census CD ($25)

Click on "Add to cart" (you are not committed yet)

Unless you're in the USA, click on "Worldwide Distribution Centres" at
the bottom of the page. In the UK our Distribution Centre is
Birmingham, and you can order by phone, the census arrives within 3
days.
