Sorry ABOUT SLEAT. I really did think it was in Banffshire. It is even more interesting to be Skye. Now I'm wondering how they came to be in Aberdeen. Thanks Gavin. Also I too would be pleased to find out about Gavin. It seems he grew up in Aberdeen from the knowledge he has of the 'granite city'. What I wonder is which secondary (High) school he went to? I have him figured for a 'Robert Gordons' lad. And just to set the mood - me I was an Aberdeen Academy quine. It's a shopping mall now and a pub. It tickled me to have a drink in my 'aul skweel'
