My Scots grandmother was Margaret Ann Smith from Rosehearty. Farquhar
appears to be a name in her family. When I make more links I will get
back to you.

Thanks to those who have shared information on the Farquhar connection to
date.

I am standing for parliament here in the upcoming elections in NZ so am a
bit preoccupied at present.
