Greetings fellow listers,
At a recent gathering for my parent's 50th wedding anniversery I found
out that when my Grandmother visited Scotland in about 1969 with one of
her sons; she visited some of her late husband's MURRAY relatives. She
was taken to visit this MURRAY relation who lived around HUNTLEY,
Aberdeenshire. My Grandmother's married name at that time was Mary
Helena Berg from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. Her late husband was
John Murray, born Renton, Dumbarton-Cardross, Scotland. He settled in
Canada in the Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan area and later his sister Hughina,
with husband Robert Colquhoun, and family joined him.
