Subject: [ABERNATHY-L] Rev. John Abernethy early 1700s

My 6th great grandmother was Mary Abernethy who married Capt. David Cargill
Jr. at Londonderry, NH ca 1723. Her father was Rev. John Abernethy of Northern
Ireland and she had a brother, Rev. John also.

Both Johns were supposedly leaders in reforming the Presbyterian church (and
well known)

Can anyone tell me anything about them?
