I have in my notes that Roger and Gideon were the children of Christopher
Tilghman and Ruth Devonshire. Gideon died in 1720 in SOmerset MD; his wife
supposedly Margaret Manen or Manex. I have never been able to find any
documentation on Ruth Devonshire. Roger is the one said to have married
Susannah Parham.
