Arvord M. Abernethy of Hamilton, TX has written two books on Abernethy
families.
He lists Robert Abernethy ( Esquire Bob ) born 1790 SC, d 1847 in MS. md
1807, Dicie Byrum

descended from Robert the immigrant who tentered there as an indentured
soldier of war, Battle of Worcester.
