Hi Noel.. Let me just say that Elisabeth and Isabelle were interchanged all
the time among the Acadians.. a woman named Elisabeth would be called
Isabelle and recorded either way in different documents. So the woman in
the records you have as being Elisabeth and Isabelle are one and the same.

Other than that, did you check the blue Drouin for the marriage - perhaps -
marriages of Pierre Lemire? It may well be that he married twice. Worth a
check in the blue Drouin and do be sure to check the back of the book as
