The attraction of the salvage of LaSalle's ship "LaBelle" is the glimpse
it offers of what life was like at the time of the first settlements in
Louisiana.

Can listers suggest good history books concerning the voyages and
voyagers of those other ships that brought the first settlers to Biloxi
and Mobile about 1700?
