Hello Once again Lucie!! I enjoy your site which I access almost every day!
My question today is about the voyage of 1 April 1636 of the 250 ton vessel
"le St-Jean", also spelled " St-Jehan" which departed La Rochelle, Fr. for
L'Acadie. Does anyone have a listing of passengers???? Can anyone advice
me as to where to go in an attempt to see the actual listing??? Most
articles on family histories that quote this ship/occasion use the vague
statement "A recently discovered document in the archives in Paris, lists
..........on the passenger list etc." I am curious as to where in the
archives in Paris , this particular ship's list resides.?????? Your
assistance is greatly appreciated.t
