It is very important to have a good virus protection program (especially for
email) and keep the virus definitions updated.

Hi Everybody - Normally, I would not post this to the List but to anybody
who has been receiving mail from me, that I did not send, it was sent
because of a serious virus in my computer - the virus attached itself to
email I sent to certain individuals and when they posted my name and address
would show as sender. It also went out with an attachment that I did not
send. Long story short, it sends out an attachment and that is the virus.
Hopefully, nobody's computer was infected by the virus other than yours
truly. It has taken all day but the problem is straigtened out and my
computer is now "clean" :o) Lucie
