Hi,
My husband had some Rodriques in his mother's family, Plaisance. They were
mostly in Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes. I have found clues that they
came from the Canary Islands, but it seems I remember a discussion on the
list about whether they were Acadian. You might want to check our archived
messages. Sorry I can't be of more help.
