2 kinds of gumbo's are made by cajun's..I call them ROUX gumbo (no okra or
tomatoes) and then OKRA gumbo with tomatoes (I put a little roux in this
gumbo also)..is that the way you tell the difference between you'r 2 gumbos's
?
