1) Jacques LEGER who married Madeleine TRAHAN belongs to the "La Rosette"
line of LEGERS Jacques Leger b. abt 1663; the death date you have is correct
as per [DGFA p. 1043] Jacques Leger m. bef census of 1693 to Madeleine
TRAHAN (Guillaume & Madeleine BRUN)[DGFA p. 1043 & 1537]

Madeleine TRAHAN b. Abt. 1678 Port Royal, Acadie (Décl BIM);d.Dec 08, 1742
bur. Dec 09, 1742 in Port Royal[DGFA p. p. 1537]


2) Michel LEGER who married Angelique PINET belongs to the "Richelieu" line
of LEGERS.

To my knowledge no relationship connection has ever been made of the two
lines.

Hi Everyone,

I've been following the Leger e-mails and I have the following in my FTM
files. I have no sources listed. Is this Jacque related to Michael Leger
and Angelique Pinet? Is the information I have even correct?

1. JACQUE1 LEGER was born 1668 in France, and died March 27, 1751 in Port
Royal. He married MADELEINE TRAHAN Abt. 1694 in Port Royal, daughter of
GUILLAUME TRAHAN and MADELEINE BRUN. She was born 1677 in Port Royal, and
died December 09, 1742 in Port Royal.
