the following are NOT in ancestral order......just throwing out names:

Martin Benoit and Marie Chossegros of Port Royal,Acadia....
Claude Benoit and Jeanne Hebert, m. 1711, Grande Pre
Abel Marie Benoit and Jean DeNevers(Bosivert),m 1725 in Deschameault
Joseph Jefroy Benoit and Madeleine Babin, m. 1743 in Grand Pre
Isabelle(Elizabeth) Benoit and Jacques Bosivert, m. 1829, St-Jean
from this point on the names are
Fregeau and Bosivert of Iberville, PQ
