Subject: French first name - sounds like Febronie

Hi all,
need some help with a first name. Her first name was written down in a
Census as Marie Febronie Bourgoin. I know at times Census takers couldn't
speak French and so wrote down what the actual name sounded like. Anyone
ever come across this one? She was born 26 September 1872 in Frenchville,
Maine. I've been trying for quite a while to figure this one out and have
decided to put it out there for all of us and see if the puzzle gets solved.
Any takers?
