Hi Andrea,

Yes, Jean-Gregoire Broussard was the son of Joseph dit Beausoleil and Agnes
Thibodeau.

As for how he would have gone to New Brunswick for his daughter's wedding:
Marie was married at Franklin Manor which was in the Menoudie area and
therefore in the Beaubassin area of New Brunswick - these villages were/are
on the New Brunswick/Nova Scotia border.

Anne LeBlanc married a second time to Pierre-Benjamin Bourgeois Abt. 1760.
She was the daughter of Rene LeBlanc and Anne Thériault and the
granddaughter of Antoine LeBlanc and Marie Bourgeois - so of course, this
means that she was the gggranddaughter of Daniel LeBlanc and Francoise
Gaudet.

If he was, would anyone have any idea as to how he would have arrived in New
Brunswick where his daughter Marie BROUSSARD married Pierre (dit Pierrot)
BOURQUE, see White, 37 Families [BOURQUE], p. 10.
