I don't have anything definitive on Pierre Forest and Marie Landry, but
here are the lines of research I am following:

In the 11 Oct. 1762 prisoner list at Fort Edward, the families of two
brothers are listed.

Charles Forest- 6 members
Joseph Forest- 3 members

I think these are:

Charles Forest (Jean-Baptiste & Marie-Elisabeth Labarre) SW p. 639
His wife Marguerite Saulnier (Pierre SW 1446 & Madeleine Comeau)
Paul, his son
Anselme, his son
Marie, his daughter
Marguerite (Anne), his neice (daughter of Joseph)

Joseph Forest (Jean-Baptiste & Marie-Elisabeth Labarre) SW p. 639
[His wife Anne Girouard (Jacques & Anne Petitpas) died before the
census of 1750-1751] SW p. 729
Pierre
Marie

Joseph died before the 8 November 1762 wedding of his daughter
Catherine in Quebec (SW p. 639).

Charles, his family, and the orphans of Joseph then came to Louisiana
arriving with the November group from Halifax.

Charles settled in Cabanocey where in the 1766 census is found:
Charles Forest 40
Marguerite Saulnier 37
Paul 20
Anselme 15
Marie 6
Marguerite 4
Charles 2
Marguerite Forest, niece 20

Pierre married Anne Dupuis ca 1765 and settled in Cabanocey where in
the 1766 census is found:

Pierre Forest 27
Anne Dupuis 25
(Note: he is living next door to Pierre Chiasson and his wife Osite
Landry who were imprisoned at Fort Cumberland and came to Louisiana
with the November group).

Anne Dupuis must have died shortly after because in 1768, Pierre Forest
married Marie Landry (Bourgeois "Cabanocey" p. 171 List of Acadians
Marriages ....)

In the 1769 census is found:

Pierre Forest 32
Marie Josephe Landry 31
(He is still next door to Pierre Chiasson)

Marie Forest, sister of Pierre, married Joseph Godin 10 April 1766
(Bourgeois "Cabanocey" p. 171) and in the 1766 census is found:
Joseph Bellefontaine [Gaudin] 26
Marie Forest 18

Marguerite Anne, sister of Pierre, married Salvator Mouton in 1768
(Bourgeois "Cabanocey" p. 171).

Anne Dupuis (Michel SW p. 601 & Anne Gaudet SW p. 674) was imprisoned
in Fort Edward (11 Oct 1762) and in Halifax with her parents. They came
to Louisiana arriving in the November group and settled in Cabanocey.
In the 1766 census, Anne Gaudet is listed as a widow.

As for Marie Josephe Landry, I do not know her parents. There were very
few Landry families in Louisiana before the 1766 census so I suspect
she is from one of the many Landry families that flooded into Louisiana
in 1767, primarily from Maryland. The 1768 marriage date would fit.

There may be a family tie to Ositte Landry (Jean SW p. 919 & Madeleine
Melanson SW p. 1152) their next door neighbor.

Hope all this helps.
