red cross and salvation army...
both have been clearing houses for contacts since their have begun...
both international and national...

contact them if you are on the safe side or on the danger side....
and if you reach someone, ask that person for the name and number of
someone THEY are lookng for and give word to the safe family of their
person in danger...

if you reach a person in the problem areas, be sure to have them
search out the red cross and the salvation army for goods and
communications....
