I sincerely hope that Don is able to fine a place to live here in Baton
Rouge. Because of the damage in New Orleans, many companies have moved their
offices here. You cannot find an apartment in town and houses are selling like
hotcakes.

In fact today I saw 4 houses that had not been for sale and today had signs
"for sale by owner". The companies that are moving thier offices here are
buying up the homes for their executives. The employees have tried to move into
aprartments that were available. However many companies have leased out whole
apartment complexes. A neighbor's daughter and son have a building business
and just finished a new subdivision and have sold every house in three days.

Hope we hear from Don soon.
