During Hurricane Rita, General Robert LeBlanc was interviewed and quoted in
numerous media releases. General LeBlanc, the Vermilion Parish Emergency
Coordinator, is 84 years old and a living testimony to the Acadian spirit.
He and many others have been honored by the Acadian Museum's "Living
