Thank you Sue, Joyce & Gordon!
It is just a marvelous thing to be finding all of these first cousins!
Until I did some serious digging, my father's family was an enigma - I never
knew the names of his parents until I obtained his birth record. Going back
was the easy part and I found all the records I needed at ACGS - I even
found a transcription of my father's birth in New Bedford, MA at ACGS.
Anyhow, finding living relatives has been the difficult part but finally all
the branches of this family are coming together - it is truly just
wonderful! The real kicker is that some of us live only minutes away from
one another and those in Connecticut are only a couple of hours away. ;o)
We never knew...
Now if I can find some of the cousins who are living in New Brunswick, the
circle will be complete! These would be the descendants of my grandfather's
brothers who remained in New Brunswick.

That is wonderful! Sometimes it does seem like no one knows anything and
then suddenly, it just takes one person to get the ball rolling.
I'll have add my tree to my family website. I've already spoken to many
long-lost cousins.

The number one rule of this list is no flaming. If something is posted to
the list that disturbs you, bring it to the _admin._, not the list or the
person who posted. Your concerns will be addressed.
