Paul, Aline and All,

I will be attending the Congres mondial acadien 2009 in  August, but first
plan to spend three days on the 10th, 11th & 12th at the  Univ. of Moncton's
Centre d'etudes acadiennes. I would like to look at some  primary records
there, mainly for Louisiana.

Then my sister Jean and I will go to the Theriault Family  Reunion on the
13th and 14th, in Paquetville and Bertrand. Joe Theriault who is  webmaster
of _www.terriau.org_ (http://www.terriau.org)  will hold our  web group's
meeting in Bathurst on the 15th. It looks as if his schedule for  that will
conflict with the meeting Aline is having with this RootsWeb group. I  am very
sorry to miss meeting all of you there, especially those with Cajun 
ancestry.

I have registered to attend the talk by John Mack Faragher in  Caraquet on
Aug 16, so perhaps we can find each other there. I will wear a  nametag, but
let me know if you will also be there so I can look for  you.

Sometime that week we plan to tour the Acadian Historic  Village, but am
unsure as yet when that will be.

We both head back home on August 19th, so will miss all the  closing
ceremonies. But I hope to soak up enough to last me for another five  years!
