Seeking for information on Anna ADAMS, daughter of Elijah ADAMS. Anna
married Sanford SAXON and they had several children all of whom were born in
Alabama. Along about 1873 - 74 Anna and Sanford and kids went to Texas where
Anna and Sanford died shortly after arriving. Their children : Marietta,
Emma Gaul, Paratine, Samuel and Robert were split up and farmed out to other
families. The kids went to Bastrop, Llano, Blanco, Bell and Fayette counties.
The kids grew up and married: Marietta married a DUTY, Emma married Junius
NASH, Paratine m. William Henry Jones in Conecuh County, Ala. in 1882, Samuel
m. a KILGORE and we don't know what happened for sure to Robert. Family lore
is that he was killed in a sawmill accident in SE Texas.

Elijah ADAMS family is shown on the 1860 census in Robeson County,NC.

This is all a big mess and I would appreciate any help in straightening it
out.
