I'm looking for information on the Adams families of Elbert Co., GA.
I have a William Joseph Adams (b. ca 1825, Elbert Co., GA; d. aft 1870,
Cleveland Co, AR) who married Mary Rodgers 12/10/1844 in Elbert Co., GA.
They had at least six children: William James (Jimmy), Joseph Benjamin
(Joe B.), Nick, George, Mary Jane, and Emma.

The family migrated to Jones Co., GA, sometime around 1859, then onwards
to Cleveland Co., AR, after the Civil War.

ANY information/possible connections would be greatly appreciated!
