Hello Jim,
I have not a clue, but my wife's ggg grandfather was Tennessee Adams,
born in Wautauga, Carter County, TN about 1834. We do not know who his
parents were. Have wondered if they might have lived in NC or VA so
close. Coincidentally he had a son James Wiley, so I had to pick up on
the names you listed. Would welcome any suggestions. Thanks, Forrest
