I am looking for a connection for Rosa Catherine Adams Smith. She was
born in Andrew County Platte township, MO., 1876 to Benjamin Franklin
Adams and Lodusky Jane Cummins Adams. At the time of her fathers death
in 1929, she was living in Fairfax, OK. I found her there on the 1920
census also, but she was listed as a widow and was rooming with a Hepler
family.
She had two children by Elmer Smith, Elmer Jr. abt. 1910 and Lodusky
Marie Smith abt. 1912, they were both born in Pawnee, OK. I have not
been able to find what happened to her or where or when she died. She is
my husbands great grandmother, she has a brother Madison buried in
Pawnee, and a brother Charles Adams who was in Stillwater, OK in 1929. I
cannot find him either. I am hoping if I keep posting this every so
often, a relative might one day see it and reply.
