Subject: calculating ages

In 1800 a man was listed on the census as being age 16-26
He was listed 1810 as being age 26-45
This man has not been found on a census of 1820
On the census of 1830 this man was listed as age 30-40
On the census of 1840 this man was listed as age 40-50
He was listed on a tax list of 1811
How do I calculate the year of his birth?
All help appreciated.
