Greetings,

You know the drill by now. :) While rummaging on E-Bay I found the most
darling picture of a slave girl. I ahemmmm have it on my computer by some
technological miracle. I will have this picture in my "Photo ID Service"
section which is on my web page shortly.

At the bottom of the pic it reads:

Fannie Virginia Casseopia Lawrence
A redeemed slave child, 5 years of age. Redeemed in Virginia, by Catharine S.
Lawrence; baptized in Brooklyn; at Plymouth Church, by Henry Ward Beecher,
May 1863.

Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year of 1863, by C.S. Lawrence,
in the Clerk's Office of the District Court of the United States, for the
Southern District of New York.

On the back of the picture is:

Kellogg Brothers Photographers
279 Main Street
Hartford, Ct.
