On this one I can add the following details.
1) She was born in "Ozark" that is in Franklin County, Arkansas
2) Her father Walter Joseph Cagle is so described on his WW1 Draft Card where
he adds that he was born 24 Jun 1897 in Sipe Springs, Texas, at the moment
(1917/8) a resident of of Watalula, Franklin Co, AR. And his closest relative
"A C Cagle"
3) Walter Joseph Cagle and Leola moved to Calipatria, Imperial Co, CA where
they appear with daughter Coylee in the 1930 census. In the 1920 they are in
Watalula, Franklin Co, AR. In 1910 Walter, unmarried, is in his father's house
in Stonewall, Johnson Co, AR.
4) His father was Arthur Columbus Cagle, per a WorldConnect entry and
confirmed by the census where he is Arthur or "A C"
