Hello everyone!

I am trying to locate the address of somewhere in Cape Verde where I can write and find out about my husband's G grandfather.
He was born in Cape De Verde in the year 1847 and worked on ships sailing from Cape De Verde to Australia where he met his wife. Is there somewhere I can write to that they can send me details of his birth and parents' names etc. ? I do not know which Island he was born on only the names of some of the ships he sailed on for work. His name was Domingo Jose Evorall.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
