When you come across 'failed to open database' report it.

It's been well over a week now & they still don't work...I did a search through my FTM program ...found a few WFTs knowing it probably wouldn't do me any good to look at them I tried anyway...I was taken to a tree that had nothing to do with the person I was searching for but it did take me to a tree!
Ancestry is aware of the problem. The question is; are they actually doing anything about it?
