Ray, What a fantastic website! My wife Pat is the granddaughter of "Little Andy" Andrew Samuel Agnew, buried at Rising Star. She does not do genealogy so I do some for her line so much gratitude to you for the Agnew lineage info since we had been stuck at Isaac Agnew, father of Andrew Samuel Agnes. From what we see it looks like you have done considerable research and documentation. We have also wondered where the Indian blood came into the lineage so will ask if you found this. Pat's grandfather, Walter Isaac Agnew and several of his children showed lots of Indian features. I have Cherokee blood from my mother's side but have not found the source yet. Her Peel ancestors came from the Carolinas also.

We received an email today from Betty Anderson and look forward to meeting her and her sisters. Maybe we could have a grand Agnew gathering at Rising Star sometime.

The Kincaid Assn has a DNA project with about 75 participants so far and have had some interesting results. Do you know if the Agnew clan has or is going to have a DNA project? Pat only has one male Agnew direct line cousin left.

Thanks for posting your website on the Agnew-L list.
