All I know is this
Mary Ignew (F)
d. 1730, #3031
In her will, she mentions her kinsman John Too and leaves 30 pounds to
pay "passage of or Charges of three of my brother Andrew Ignews Children in
Coming to this Country, provided they Come in ye Space of two years after my
decease." (Immigration of the Irish Quakers) In 1672, Andrew Ignew, of
County Antrim, had his goods seized for tithes, and in 1673 was imprisoned
at Carrickfergus. In 1681, Andrew Ignew, of Ballinderry Parish, County
Antrim, had his goods taken for tithes. (Stockdale, A great Cry of
Oppression). She married

The 1660 or 1669 Hearth Rolls for Ballinderry might reveal whether there was
Houston in the Parish which is large and covers a lot of townlands. THre are
none in the townlands of Aghalee, or Magheramesk. As the Ignew here
mentioned are Quakers, you would probably have to find a quaker Houston. And
need to look in Pennsylvania.
