Another update on this. I received in the mail today, a letter from Woodsmen
of the World. The information they sent me was birthdate,death date,
certificate #, occupation at the time of application, where they resided when
death occurred and the date in which benefits were paid. Only a couple of
problems with this, the dates do not match what the death record says and
it's off by a couple months. I will call again on Monday and see how the
obtain there information at the time of death.
