I checked the Alaska State ALHN (American Local History Network) website that has a searchable marriage database that covers all of Alaska, and the Chenard's are not listed on it. Keep in mind, this marriage database certainly isn't all of the marriages in Alaska, but, it a good sized list. Here is the link:

From the information that you provided, they were in Dawson City in about 1900 & 1910, you need to determine if they were possibly married in Dawson City, if not, try to determine where they were before that.
