The committee for the Montgomery Co Heritage Book has begun work. If you
would like a brochure sent to you, when I receive them, please send your
name and address to and BROCHURE on the subject line.

The brochure tells you how to write a FREE 1,000 word article and a FREE
photograph if your ancestor was a "Pioneer" - before 1890. If your
ancestor was after 1890 - you may send a 500 word article and a photograph
for FREE. We also want articles on schools, churches, organizations, etc.

The books will cost about $50 and beautifully hard cover. Every county
will have one before 2001. The Birmingham Library, Samford University, AL
Archives and many more libraries have already bought one for every county.
As they are published a book will be sent to them.

I hope you will send an article on your ancestor to share the info with
your descendants and others.
