In 1900, I located the family of Charles G Mobley and wife, Martha E with
the following children. William A. J. age 20, George H., age 19, Garret
age 17, Lonnie age 9 and Rosa age 7.

In researching, I have found that William's full name to be William Andrew
Jefferson Mobley. If I can help any further, just let me know. I hope this
will help you in your research.
