Ray,
All our volunteers on the census lookup lists have access to census material, but death lookups are another matter. Unfortunately, we don't offer that service on this particular list.

You might want to post a request to a different internet-based lookup list. Perhaps the Etowah County list, Alabama-L at Rootsweb, or the USGenweb site for Etowah County, Alabama. Any or all of those might reach folks with the index to death records that you need, though I am not sure that Alabama began recording deaths as early as 1900.

Is there someone who could look up a death record for a Samuel B. Lowery for the time frame of maybe 1900 to 1910. Maybe in Etowah county. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, Ray Cobb
