Here we go again. It's bad enough that the List Mom was asleep in law
school when she should have been awake and paying attention to copyright law
(it's copyright, not copywrite), but she also needs a refresher course on
slander and libel. The subscriber did not ask anybody to violate any
copyright law whatsoever. There is absolutely nothing wrong with what she
asked. But to twist her words in such a way for the sole purpose of
upbrading and demeaning her in a public forum is certainly slanderous and
libelous, and the List Mom and Rootsweb could be sued for that. This is
not the first time the List Mom has abused her position in order to demean
and embarrass some one. Perhaps it is time she tender her position or be
removed.
